Antiviral Ginger Tea
1 cup (240 ml) water
1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh, grated ginger
1 teaspoon (5 ml) honey, optional

Bring the water to a boil. Steep the ginger in the water for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain the tea and stir in the honey, if desired, then drink.
