Natural Glass Cleaners for Windows and Mirrors

Cleaning windows and glass can be a challenge if you are like me and LOVE a clean non streak effect! Not all chemical cleaners work and can leave your work load doubled. I have listed here a few natural remedies for cleaning windows and glass and leaving your glass super clean and streak free with no residue.

Use coffee filters:
Using a coffee filter with vinegar will leave your glass so streak free you might not recognize yourself in your reflection.

Cleaning Windows:
Clean windows with a solution of 2 tablespoons of vinegar to 4 cups (1 liter) of warm water. Wash from top to bottom on the inside of windows and from side to side on the outside. This way you will be able to tell on which side any smears are.

Dry Newspaper:Using a dry newspaper instead of a cloth to polish with is an old trick as well for leaving your glass and windows streak free and clean naturally with out the use of chemicals. 

Kepp a solkution of 50/50 white viengar and water in a spray bottle to use for removing spots from windows naturally.

Cleaning Windshields and Keeping Ice Off:
If you have to leave your car outside overnight in the winter, mix 3 parts vinegar to 1 part water and coat the windows with this solution, This vinegar – and – water – combination will keep windshields ice and frost – free.
