1 cup (240 ml) water
2 teaspoons (10 ml) dried lemon balm
1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried chamomile
1 teaspoon (5 ml) honey, optional

Steep the lemon balm and chamomile in the water for 10 to 15 minutes, keeping it covered to preserve the volatile oils. Strain the tea and add honey, if desired, then drink.
