Apple Blossom Honey

This pale gold honey is produced in the spring. it has a sweet flavour with a hint of apple. Some beekeepers in Kent and the English West Country produce it, either as a monofloral or as a polyfloral with wild flowers. In the United States apple blossom honey comes mainly from states in the north and centre of the country.
