Lavender Honey

Bees love lavender. Walk past a field in full flower and your ears will register the hum of thousands of happy bees, harvesting the nectar for what will become a delectable honey. Lavender honey is golden in colour, with a delicate aromatic flavour. it is sweet but relatively subtle, making it a good choice for cooking as it will not dominate.
