Yogurt Sunburn Relief Mask
1 tablespoon plain whole-milk yogurt
1 drop lavender essential oil
Yogurt and lavender essential oil calm sunburned or windburned skin. Mix the ingredients into a paste and smooth over your skin. Wash off with tepid water after 15 minutes. Great for all skin types. Reapply throughout the day as skin feels warm and tight. Apply an appropriate skin moisturizer or aloe vera to skin after mask treatment. Taking care of your skin to prevent sunburn is best however, when it does happen keep these ingredients on hand for a quick repair!
