Add the Roman chamomile and sweet marjoram essential oils drop by drop directly into a storage bottle and shake vigorously for 2 minutes to blend. Label the bottle and place the bottle in a dark location thats between 60 degrees and 80 degrees for 24 hours so that the oils can synergize.
Place 2 to 4 drops on your pillowcase, or on a tissue or handkerchief you’ll hold in your hand or tuck under your head. Lie down, pull up the covers and breathe deeply as you drift off into a more peaceful sleep.
Sometimes I also like to add a few drops to my temples. Since the solution is not diluted, be sure to test a spot on an area that may not be visible to others to make sure you do not have a skin reaction to the strong concentration when apply directly to the skin.
