Superfood Vegetables
Superfoods are foods considered to be especially nutritious or otherwise beneficial to health and well-being. Super nutrient dense foods are gaining more popularity as processed foods become popular due to convenience. It has been said that if your food in your refrigerator last longer than one week, it is not super healthy for you, throw it out! Meaning that Velvetta you have in there or in your kitchen cabinet for that bean dip = not so healthy. Bummer! But hey, its not all bad here is a list of vegetables that are superfoods. I am sure there are a few on this list that you will love. Not only do these foods provide high antioxidant qualities they are also packed with vitamins and minerals.
