This popular, white or straw-coloured honey has a mild, sweet, butterscotch flavour. Clover honey granulates quickly, so is generally creamed or whipped. It is good for spreading in crumpets or toast and is delicious in a bananna smoothie. New Zealand, Cananda and the United States are major producers.
