Raw Honey

The natural product that has been drained from the honeycomb after the wax covering on the honey cells has been removed is called raw honey. It will contain some pollen and wax particles. If pressure is applied in the process it will be described as pressed honey. In commercial terms, honey labelled as raw may only have been subjected to minimum processing and low heat.
