Health Smoothie
This organic smoothie is easy and yummy. Using organic ingredients is the key. Cut the cantaloupe out of the hard shell and banana obviously out of the skin and peel kiwi, throw it all in the blender and drink! To add a little bit more liquid to it, add soy milk, coconut milk or almond for a nice flavor.

1/4 cantaloupe, with skin
1 ripe banana
