Orange Crush Smoothie
This recipe makes a great start to any day. Add Honey to the break the taste buds in more gently, but remember that frozen yogurt is usually pretty sweet.
1 cup chilled orange juice (fresh if possible)
2 scoops vanilla or orange frozen yogurt or ice cream
1 egg
2 tsp. wheat germ
1 tbsp. honey (optional)
orange slice to decorate
Place the orange juice , yogurt, egg, wheat germ, and honey, in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass, decorate with an orange slice, and serve.
