Party Pumpkin Pie Cocoa
This recipe is a great one for parties or just a fun Friday night at home. The pumpkin Pie taste is so delicious as hot coco you wont want anything else!
This of course can be made sans liquor.
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla
3.5 ounces white chocolate, roughly chopped
1/4 cup pumpkin pie liquor (feel free to sub just about any liquor)
pinch salt
Directions:
Place all ingredients except for liquor in a medium saucepan and cook under medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Once the ingredients have thoroughly combined and chocolate has melted, add liquor.
