Massage Oil/Lotion
50-60 drops essential oil to 4 ounces carrier oil
Ointment
50-60 drops essential oil to 2 ounces carrier oil
Topical
50-60 drops essential oil to 1 ounce carrier oil
Compress
5 drops essential oil to 8 ounces water
Bath
10-15 drops essential oil to a tub of water
Foot Bath
8-10 drops essential oil to a bowl of water
Facial Sauna
2-5 drops essential oil to a bowl of water
Facial Mask
2-3 drops essential oil to 1 tsp. Clay w/honey or 4 drops coconut oil for dry skin.
Facial Oil
6-8 drops essential oil to 1/3 ounce oil
Cleanser
25 drops essential oil to 4 ounces carrier oil
Hair Oil
25 drops essential oil to 1 ounce carrier oil
Douche
5 drops essential oil to 1 liter of water
Capsules
1-3 (25-75mg) drops essential oil to 3 drops in coconut oil
Suppositories
4 drops essential oil to 1 gram cocoa butter
Body Mist
10-20drops essential oil to 4 ounces water
Room Spray
20-30 drops essential oil to 4 ounces water
1ml = 25-30 drops
15ml = 1/2 ounce
60ml = 2 ounces
5ml = 1/6 ounce
30ml = 1 ounce
25mg = 1 drop
