Caffeine may help to relieve some types of headaches and is a common ingredient in many over-the-counter headache relief formulas. but everyone responds to caffeine differently, and too much caffeine in your system may also cause headaches. However, a cup of green tea has less caffeine than a cup of black tea, and a substantially lower amount than coffee. Bring the water to a gentle boil and pour over the green tea and mint. Let mixture steep for about 10 minutes, keeping voered to preserve the volatile oils. Strain, then drink when the tea reaches a comfortable temperature.
