All Natural DIY from Home Fire and Ice Analgesic Massage Oil
Simultaneously warming and chilling, this is the ultimate soother for an inflamed, aching back. It can be used for muscle pain, fatigue, swelling, soreness, stiffness, or tension in any part of the body. It smells gently refreshing, not overly medicinal.
20 drops eucalyptus essential oil
20 drops peppermint essential oil
15 drops cajeput essential oil
5 drops clove essential oil
1/2 cup jojoba base oil
Add eucalyptus, peppermint, cajeput, cinnamon, and clove essential oils drop by drop directly into a storage bottle. Add the jojoba base oil. Screw the top on the bottle and shake vigorously for 2 minutes to blend. Label the bottle and place in a dark location that’s between 60 degrees and 8- degrees F for 24 hours so that the oils can synergize.
Shake well before each use. Have a friend or partner massage this soothing remedy into your back, neck, arms, legs, or anywhere your muscles are sore and achy. Using it on skin that is prewarmed from a bath, shower, or heating pad encourages penetration.
