1 chamomile tea bag
1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 ml) warm water

Soak tea bag in water for a minute or so to activate the tea. Place over a cut or scrape, which has been thoroughly cleaned with soap and water, then press gently. Secure tea bag in place with gauze and let sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Alternately, if you have some chamomile tea already made, simply soak gauze pads in the liquid and proceed with the rest of the instructions.
