The startlingly bright yellow flowers of rape (also called canola) are becoming a familiar sight in many parts of the world. The set honey is white to amber and tends to be very sweet because of the high level of glucose, which makes it granulate very quickly. Rapeseed honey is used for blending and in baked goods.
