1/2 cup (60 ml) almond oil
24 drops lavender essential oil
6 drops chamomile essential oil
6 drops sandalwood essential oil
4 drops ylang0ylang essential oil

But did you know that you can enhance that feeling with some essential oils added to your regular massage oil> Aromatherapists find that the combination of lavender, chamomile, sandalwood, and ylang-ylang is especially good for inducing a state of calm. Best of all, it is remarkably easy to make your own. PLace the almond oil in a dark glass bottle. Add the lavender, chamomile, sandalwood, and ylang-ylang essential oils, then shake well. Cover and store in a cool dark place when not in use.
