Parsley Ice for Bruises
1/2 cup (30g) fresh parsley
1/4 cup (60 ml) water
According to herbal folklore, parley has long been effective at easing the inflammation and fading the color of bruises. Place the parsley and water in a blender and combine until mixture is slushy. Transfer the mixture to an ice-cube tray and freeze until ice cubes form. To use, wrap an ice cube in a piece of gauze or paper towel and place it directly on the bruised area for 15-20 minutes. (Do not place ice directly on the skin.)
